Diets for NAFLD/NASH call for almost little to no carbs, they said eat vegetables and whole grains. By carbs do they mean complex carbs or just refined carbs? Also they said stay away from oils and fats? I thought eating olive oil, avvocodo, walnuts and healthy fats from fish was a way to reverse it or stop damage?
Any insight would be appreciated, I'm too afraid to eat anything and have just stopped eating for the most part. Even though I know this probsboy makes NAFLD/NASH worse
