Hello and welcome, Byas :)

Check out any large pharmacies, you may find them there. Otherwise, use other measures of weight loss like losing inches and feeling better/more energetic. You could take a good range of measurements and use that as your baseline. Or you could buy some scales: mine cost around £10.

You'll find everything you need to use the forum by following this link healthunlocked.com/weight-l... to Pinned Posts. Have a look at the Daily Diary, and also today's Daily Chat, for some positive ideas about eating well.

Most large pharmacies have scales, I started off getting weighed at co-op pharmacy as they were doing the 12 week nhs plan and gave out all the info sheets and I found knowing someone else was going to weigh me made me stick to plan.

Perhaps on eBay or Amazon, you could find a suitable scale. I advise you to continue to try to avoid junk food. Sometimes we do not notice how we sit again with a packet of chips in our hands. My brother didn't even see how much junk food he was eating until he could wear his favorite jeans. And how difficult it was for him to stop eating this food! He tried for a long time to find an opportunity how to stop boredom eating (from b-simply-healthy.com/how-to.... Then he turned to his friend, who trains in the gym, for help. This guy started working with his brother and got him in shape. Now the brother does not even touch junk food. I think we all need to watch what we eat. After all, who will take care of our health if not ourselves.
