Random question - rosacea and gluten free?
I’ve just started on a
gluten
free
diet
and after only a few days my tummy is already so much happier. I also have rosacea on my nose (think Rudolph the red nose reindeer!!).

That balanced my levels and I was leading a close to normal life but had to go on a strict

diet
. My CD is now under control but I went back to high hemoglobin levels and lack of energy. I would like suggestions on how to manage my lack of energy. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Armour vs Metavive
I think my muscle and joints are starting to ache more, after complete improvement with my
gluten
/oat
free
diet
. And lastly, my stomach is pretty upset, actually painful at times, when it was doing very well just a week ago.

I already implement a
gluten
free
diet
, so I guess I will have to be more strict/regimental. Will optimising the vitamins and diet have a dramatic affect in reducing the TPO antibodies and inflammation? What should I now do with regards to my thyroid panel?

Gluten Free French Toast & Greek Blueberry Yogurt: Lunch
This is what I had today for lunch. It’s made with egg beaters and gluten free bread with cinnamon mixed in all together. It was 41 total carbs. when you add in the yogurt on the side. It was really good and a high protein low carb. meal.😀👍 Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍🌈

Cure for NAFLD within 1 month (confirmed)
Hey guys. It’s been a while since i posted on this site. If you look at my previous post, you will see that I have reversed NAFLD last year. This year I gained 30LBs and my liver enzymes went high again recently . But again with proper diet and exercise, I was able to bring it down to normal range.

Day 314: A Busy Day Helps.
So much easier to keep on track if you don't have any time to think about food...especially the carbs you crave. Shed a few this week, running and reading next week, then on to LCHF following that. New post: https://seanfit1973.wixsite.com/fattofit/post/day-314-a-busy-day-helps Stay strong and keep

Thanks
Just a brief post to express my deep appreciation for the huge amount of support that Lytham and moreless injected into my '4-week plan' over the past couple of months. The original intent was simply to boil down some basic instructions into an easy-to-read document, but their enthusiasm has done

Insulin Newbie
My blood sugars are in the 20s. Because I can't take medication without being sick etc, my consultant is going to start me on insulin. Any tips? What will this involve? I am already low carb - will I need to stay low carb?

In the right place.
So it's taken me about 10 weeks to finally get school sorted and everything to a place where I am ready to get back on it. Lots to do this weekend but from Monday, I'll start my blog back up, write on here again and go back to where I started, aiming for a healthier life. I have until Jan 1st and I know

150g of Beef in my beef and black bean sauce tonight .
Hi , I’m trying to cut red meat intake in my low carb diet after reading too much about it causing heart disease and cancer . Added plenty of veg to my meal . I prefer white meat now and fish with veg . Seems to be working lost 2 stone so far but still obese . I’ll keep at it .

OMAD and running
Hi all. I'm fairly new to LCHF, been doing it for 10 weeks and have lost 32lbs so far with 28lbs left to my goal. I also do IF and days I work only have OMAD. However I want to start running soon, work days I'm not home til 5ish and these are the days I do OMAD the most. However I'm not sure how that

Nearly There
I started my weight loss journey mid May when I recorded my weight as 14 stone 13 lb. I have been gradually putting weight on for many years partly due to drinking lots of beer in pubs where I often play and sing. (Free beer is part of my payment. ) Obviously COVID-19 has stopped me working now. Like

"High-Fat" or "Healthy-Fat"
It's often said on HU that this approach should be called "Healthy-Fat". Though the fats we eat should be healthy, I think "Low-Carb High-Fat" is the right name. A name doesn't need to explain every tiny aspect of the plan, just enough to show what it is. Once you cut the carbs, you either go low calorie

How to safely drink fluids with Ascites
Hello, I have a dear loved one with Ascites and he asked me to post a question to others about their experiences with drinking fluids such as water, juices, electrolyte solutions, etc. Since he has to follow a low sodium diet and restrict fluid intake, can anyone share what kinds of fluids they drink
