Random question - rosacea and gluten free?

Hi - sorry for the random question, but as this site as been so helpful re- all things thyroid, I thought I would ask!

I’ve just started on a gluten free diet and after only a few days my tummy is already so much happier. I also have rosacea on my nose (think Rudolph the red nose reindeer!!). Like my thyroid, I just learnt to live with this - but I read about a link that perhaps good gut health night help with the rosacea.

Does anyone else have rosacea and have they found that gluten free has helped?

So far the gluten free switch has been more than worth it, and whilst I know its probably a stretch, but I would love the extra bonus of no red nose lol !

Thanks

Hi Trisha15, my rosacea was fairly mild but definitely improved with GF diet. Good luck & stick with it - it’s worth it imo x
