Just a brief post to express my deep appreciation for the huge amount of support that Lytham and moreless injected into my '4-week plan' over the past couple of months. The original intent was simply to boil down some basic instructions into an easy-to-read document, but their enthusiasm has done a great deal of good for the LCHF group and its members.
A big thank-you also to all those who participated in Lytham's Challenge and gave me valuable feedback. It appears to have worked out well for ~80% of you who tested it. I'm delighted by the fact that the plan actually survived a trial-by-fire; or at least that it did somewhat better than "eat less, move more". I would have looked a bit daft if it hadn't.
Following your comments, some fairly major corrections and additions are needed, and I'm still working on them - but in the meantime I'll leave the (original) document on dropbox for any newbies who might want it.
Guys, if we ever meet in real life, I owe you a large number of low-carb beers.
