Gluten free diet
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-celiac_gluten_sensitivity I’ve recently been trialing a
gluten
free
diet
, which has helped me considerably. I was suffering from abdominal pain and bloating, which I just put down to another of fibromyalgia’s symptoms.

TG6 and gluten ataxia
I am aware that it is important that a
gluten
free
diet
must be very strict, and as I am at the beginning of this journey I would be very interested to hear from other people who have had a positive TG6 test and their experience of undertaking a
gluten
free
diet
either positive or negative

Improving diagnosis, and management of Gluten Ataxia.
If you are diagnosed with gluten ataxia, you can take part in the study, where you will follow a strict
gluten
-
free
diet
. Participants will then be followed up after one year to assess the impact of the
gluten
-

diet

Could Gluten Intolerance lead to RLS?
He has been on the
gluten
free
diet
for 2 months now and in the last month has had no RLS ( he is also tapering with Buprenorphine 5 mg patch so that is definitely working too). Don’t know if it would have made a difference but is worth a consideration.

Gluten or dairy free?
I have posted previously about raised antibodies (Anti-TG 347 range <115, and Anti-TPO 53.6 range <34) Now having got my head around this, I can considering a
gluten
free
diet
to try to reduce the inflammation.

PMR and Gluten Free Foods
I have recently read that there is a direct correlation between
Gluten
and inflammation. Has anyone with PMR been on a
Gluten
Free
diet
and noticed any difference in their symptoms?

Gluten free diet
I have been on a
Gluten
Free
diet
for more then 10 years. Recently I have had abdominal pain, flatulence, and reflux after food. I found out you can buy a Coeliac kit from the chemist, but not sure about it.

wheat in cosmetics
I’m following a
gluten
free
diet
but have noticed that a product I bought to promote hair growth contains wheat germ amongst many other ingredients. As this product needs to be massaged into the scalp should I not use it?

Going gluten free - how long until antibodies reduce?
Hello, I was been taking 100 levothryoxine for Hashimoto’s for approx 10 years and I test my antibodies with medicheck every year or so (levels are roughly 590, normal range is 0-34) Due to infertility, I was advised by a nutritionist try a
gluten
free
diet
to reduce inflammation, and hopefully reduce
