So it's taken me about 10 weeks to finally get school sorted and everything to a place where I am ready to get back on it. Lots to do this weekend but from Monday, I'll start my blog back up, write on here again and go back to where I started, aiming for a healthier life. I have until Jan 1st and I know I can do it if I want to. Have missed all the people I regularly speak to, so looking forward to talking and discussing again.

Finally, anyone know of any websites or info links to LCHF? Going to give that a go also.

Look also for Dr Sten Ekberg for LCHF on You Tube he is good and makes it both interesting and informative.

The Awful Toad here on Health Unlocked has lots of excellent posts.

I'm on LCHF Sean best thing mate ! You don't feel hungry with it. When you eat carbs your body digests them quickly and easily converts them so you feel hungry again craving more carbs. I think there is an LCHF group on Health Unlocked. How are you ? I'm nearly at 12 stone and got my two and a half stone badge the other day which I was chuffed with. I am hoping to get three stone off soon. I'm trying TMAD at the moment which seems to be helping with shedding the weight. I picked up a new lightweight hybrid bike today which is so much lighter than what I've been using. I am hoping that will be an incentive do longer and more challenging rides.

Hey Jeff, you seem to have changed your name on here...I wondered where your reply had gone to start with. TMAD? Don't know that acronym. 🤣. I have a bike, a lightweight hybrid, sitting in my garage and has been for a while. I used to bike to school and back every day, 16 miles, but now I drive. Much warmer but I'm not as fit. Giving this week over to getting to eating right, then next week I'm going to start running again. Need to get back on the fitness trail! Happy riding!
