This is what I had today for lunch. It’s made with egg beaters and gluten free bread with cinnamon mixed in all together. It was 41 total carbs. when you add in the yogurt on the side. It was really good and a high protein low carb. meal.😀👍

Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍🌈

It was really good! :-) We use leftover pieces of misshaped gluten free bread and have a Greek yogurt of any flavor on the side. :-)

You bet it is! You take gluten free bread, soak egg beaters in the pan with the bread, add cinnamon and cook in the pan for a few minutes to soak everything into the bread. Either eat same day or put in the refrigerator to cool and save for a few days to warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds and then enjoy! :-)

That is the only way one can eat gluten free bread . With cinnamon, maple syrup and yogurt on it and of course fake eggs . I have searched the world over and with all respect there is no such thing as eadable gluten free bread . Hard little tasteless pieces of cardboard that no one should have the right to call bread.

Hi GymBag,

The gluten free bread I have is a multigrain flavored bread and a Greek yogurt was on the side for calcium and more protein. I learned 5.5 years ago that anytime I have anything with wheat in it, I have cramping and other symptoms that interfere with my diet/day.
