Neuropathyic pain condition
I have got a severe neuropathic pain that has come back severe after being dormant for a while. I am back on meds and morphine. I find there is no one to discuss similar problems with apart from the professionals you visit!

Anyone know about CIPD
Change of diagnosis. I was diagnosed with mononeuritis multiplex, secondary to vasculitis in 2015. I was on long term steroids followed by two years on mmf. With some symptoms still remaining I have been referred to another hospital where they are discussing whether I have CIPD, but am a bit of an enigma

Very disappointing egg collection. Completely different from last time only a year ago, any advice?!
Hi, I hope you're all doing as well as you can given the general uncertainties at the moment. I was hoping for some advice. I had an egg collection in March 2019 using gonal F, we retrieved 12 eggs and had 7 good quality blastocysts. 1 year later and many cancelled transfers later we decided to have

Thank you for being patient with the help you've all given. Used an Amazon account in the end so address not typed in. Same as paypal. I confess my head sizzling like a frying pan and painful with screen time. So had to get it done for me. Oh well main thing it's coming. Big step for me. but will

Which Drugs Work Best?
I’ll keen to know what drugs you guys are taking and are they helping? I’ve only been diagnosed two days ago (but reckon I’ve had it for years) when I went to a private consultant as the waiting list to see a rheumatologist with the NHS was approx 5 years! I have been prescribed Lyrica but won’t get

Managing symptoms while breastfeeding
I recently gave birth 5 months ago. In those months I had a couple of flare ups of neuropathy that multiple B12 injections were able to get rid of. However when 4mo rolled around, my symptoms were worse than they have ever been. Dizziness, GI issues, and horrible neuropathy in my one leg. My usual increase

Pain relief in Stim / Gonal f
Hi ladies, just wondered if anyone had advice for pain relief on gonal f? The headache was almost immediate after my first shot and still there today, it’s a real stinker! I was allowed co-codamol on down reg, anyone know if that still applies with the stim strage? Thank you x

B6 supplemets
Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if it is a good idea to supplement vit B6 if you are taking B12. I have been taking jarrows B12 for about 4 years and they have really helped with anxiety and depression. Thought it might be helpful to add B6.

Supplements. Where are we now?
In the first years following my diagnosis in 2016, i picked up a lot of ideas and suggestions for supplementation. There was a lot of promotion of Co-enzyme Q10, NAC, Creatine, Omega 3, Milk Thistle and lots of others as well. Recently and over a period of time, talk about supplements on this forum and

how to test levels of vitamins, etc.
Does anybody know what vitamins, etc., (i.e., folic acid, B vitamins, magnesium, etc.) we need to have our doctor test to see if it is normal or if it is low and we need to supplement by taking it orally? If so, how much or what level should we aim for to help our RLS?

Day 6 Stimulation Scan
Hi ladies, I have been on Gonal F 150 for 3 days and Dr increased to 225 on day 4 & 5. I went in for my scan today (day 6) and the Dr said my endometrium lining has doubled since day 4 (4cm to 8cm), but I don't seem to be responding great as per my age and AMH since the follicles are not growing as they

Contraception for patients with migraine with Aura
Hi, I have issues with migraine with aura. So my GP put me on a progesterone-only pill, it's been five months and I'm still having multiple periods a month and I've only had a six day window not bleeding so far. I want to try a different contraceptive method but I'm afraid I'll just react in the same

Anyone here familiar with LDD (low dose dipyridamole), new medicine to help fibro patients with pain relief?
Hi All, I recently read an article that I found interesting about a new medicine called Low Dose Dipyridamole which helps fibromyalgia patients with pain relief. Is anyone familiar with it or has anyone here ever tried it? Here is a link to the article if any of you would like to read it: https://medium.com

Neoplastic sensory neuropathy
Hi, I was looking for a group to see and hear from others have neoplastic sensory neuropathy. My nephew was diagnosed last year and wanted to hear others experiences. He’s under UCL and has a good team looking after him. We’re still waiting for the cause to show itself so meanwhile he’s having 3 monthly

FOLIC ACID
I was told that B12 injections would not be effective if B9 was not supplemented? I was advised to take 5 milligrams of folic acid supplement daily by the NHS consultant treating my pernicious anaemia and is prescribed by my GP. NHS says. Folic acid is generally very safe. Taking too much is unlikely
