Angina with clear arteries
I don’t want to be going through a lengthy process taking years of appointments and lack of symptom control as I need to get back my
fitness
levels to look after my children! Any advice would be appreciated thanks x

Best advice for keeping up the habit?
I want to keep running because I noticed a HUGE improvement in my
fitness
and health, but I’m not necessarily working towards a specific end goal and I have a feeling that’s what has been making me feel less motivated to go out for a run.

I’m new here amd confused!
I’ve bought an Apple Watch and try to use my
fitness
pal to help. I’ve steadily increased my walking to 10000 steps daily and my calorie intake to around 12,00 , I am 4’11.5 inches . The low carb diets seems to be high fat and high calorie so I am confused about how they work

A Thursday 3K 😊☀️👍
Well, it’s a reasonable run, but better than that, I felt my former
fitness
isn’t too far away. If I keep on doing what I’m doing now, I’ll get there! 😊 Splits: 7:49, 7:17, 6:37

Reflections on training to improve my 10k time or, more simply, to just be a stronger runner 😃
. 👍 Edit: This is another useful pace calculator that I use when targeting a specific time: https://www.active.com/

Beta Blockers
I am now on Losartan blood pressure tablets and beta blockers I feel very strongly that the beta blockers are making me breathless and making it hard to get my
fitness
back. As I am asthmatic I am very aware of my breathing patterns.

Restarting C25K
Got to week 9 last year then crashed bike and broke ribs stopping me for running for 4 weeks at which point my
fitness
had regressed massively. Got to week 4 a few months ago and lost all motivation, inwards and upwards

How fast does the fitness go?
I have since tried to complete week four but the running
fitness
has all but evaporated. I've had practice runs and hope that I can succeed at the fourth attempt. I will get there!

Getting back fitness slowly but surely
Hi everyone, so nice to share this experience with you all. After 5 years without regular exercise I finally got myself to start C25K. I am in week 5 now and very proud of myself for still going. If you've only just started, keep it up. It's a very good programme and I already feel fitter than I was

Day 1 omg!!!!
Today was my first day of doing any form of exercise for what must be nearly 18 years. 35 days ago I quit smoking and my plan was once I felt it was the right time to enhance my
fitness
with running. I heard about couch 2 5k and thought I would give it ago. Well, it was hard.

Thinking about starting a career as Fitness trainer....After so long feels good to be passionate about something....
It's a challenging decision for me. Because, as per info received from my research, it's a risky career, my parents are pretty orthodox about these types of jobs, Salary etc.... The thing is I've always wanted to travel abroad. Plus I'm very conscious about my physical health and appearance. Even though

Whats a brisk walking speed for us and using the Active10 App. 🚶♀️🚶
Here's an article about walking speeds on Healthline as they encourage the merits of walking, please see: https://www.healthline.com/health/exercise-

/average-walking-speed So here are my stats from when I've been shopping since installing the A10 app.

Ablation 3 months update, exercise, food and ectopics
On this topic, I am still a bit shocked how much
fitness
I have lost. Before the procedure I used to run 6k, 3 times a week. Now I cannot do more than 4k per run, and I am still half a minute slower then before.
