experience of prednisone? I’m nervous
hi ladies, I’m just about to start my 6th and final embryo transfer cycle. As it’s my last hope, the doctor agreed to put me on steroids and I’m petrified! I just wondered what your experience was and what side effects you had? I’m worried about the moon face thing, whether I’ll get ill whilst

You CAN drop
fibrosis
measure in 6 months, but when you're told to lose weight, lose it. That is the only available treatment and . . . it is effective. It really is.

Vitamin B12 and folate decrease inflammation and fibrosis in NASH
I’ve just read an article about this research. Definitely something I’m going to be discussing with my consultant at my next clinic appointment. I’m already taking folic acid on my consultants instruction as my levels were low on my last blood tests. Thought I’d share as it looks interesting and seems

Diagnosed with NAFLD, borderline NASH
Ultrasound confirmed I had extensive steatosis, and the Fibrosure test came out like this: -F0 - no
fibrosis
-Steatosis score of 0.77 or S3 -N1 or borderline NASH or probable NASH Ever since I began experiencing pain, I realized something was wrong, and I have since (6 weeks) been on a strict diet

Spotting and cramps 4 hours post transfer
Hey everyone, I had a frozen embryo transfer yesterday (5AA and hatching). It’s our last frostie so feeling very anxious about it. A few hours after I got home I started having cramps and then went to the toilet and there was some fresh red blood. I called the clinic and they said to keep an eye on

Job interviews during the crucial time
Hi, My three cycle failed with one embryo only so I have started recently my fourth IVF cycle and stimulation starts in couple of days. All of sudden, at my work, one of my manager is encouraging me to apply for more senior role which will have good financial benefits with more responsibilities.

Update: Fibroscan score down big time!
Hi all, Diagnosed with NASH with F2

Bloods update
I was diagnosed 5 months ago with NASH and F2
fibrosis
(fibroscan and biopsy proven). Since then I've big time changed my diet and I've managed to lose over a stone (was hoping for more but it's a journey).

Is fibrosis f2 reversible?
I was told it was mild
fibrosis
but online charts indicate f2 as 'significant
fibrosis
with evidence of progressive liver disease' I have AIH & am taking budesonide 9mg daily. My LFTs have started to normalise so it will be pretty accurate.
