First FET today
Hello warriors š¤ I had my first frozen embryo transfer today (5d blastocyst). As it is my first time, I would like to ask if there any advice on what activities you avoided till pregnancy test. I went for a very short walk ( after hours of resting) and am avoiding lifting and handling heavy objects.

How long will the pain go on for.
Paid to see a private consultant who done a Fib 4 score abs said itās fine no threat of
fibrosis
. Ggt they said is only slightly elevated at double what it should be. Advised to loose more weight and really burn the fat out of the body through excercises.

Liver Elastography compared to Ultrasound
I had the liver elastography done and the result was F0 no
fibrosis
with median score of 5.06. I donāt see the GI doctor until December. Was wondering if any of you had ever experienced this. Since the scare of cirrhosis Iāve lost 15 pounds and cut alcohol to almost nothing.

MRI RESULTS!
Got a Fibroscan earlier this year which showed no
fibrosis
. Finally went for a MRI of my liver last week - just got results back yesterday. NO HEPATIC STEATOSIS. LIVER IS "UNREMARKABLE" (IE. NORMAL). Just sharing as you can see it is true that you can reverse this condition.

Pulmonary Fibrosis and loss of muscle mass
Yesterday I had a video call with my Consultant from the Brompton in London. Bottom line is I will be going for CT scan, ECHO, lung function and bloods etc in the near future. I think she is concerned that I have lost weight. I was 8.7st and am now 6.5(4ft 8ns). Lost all my muscle. I thought steroids

Is it worth TTC this month if starting Buserelin?
Hi everyone, Iām totally new to this medication and long protocol as weāve only been on short before. Had a nightmare few months with cycles with being cancelled due to thick lining / cycle abandoned due to under response. We were due to start IVF again this month but I had 3 big cysts at baseline scan

In need of advice šš»
Hi ladies, On my second round of ivf just been for baseline scan today and my lining was fine (which was what I was worried about as took over 4 weeks to thin my lining last time) however I had 2 large follicles on both ovaries. They said buserelin stimulates ovaries before it shuts them off and mine

Paracetamol and recovery
Hello, About 1 year ago I had a fibroscan which pointed out that I had f2
fibrosis
(alcohol) I' ve managed to turn things around for me through abstinence, meditaranian diet, and exercise. Last follow up in august showed a large reduction, f0-f1, and fat in liver also went down.

My Dr doesnāt know how to interpret my liver scan results??
She told me the results said Iām high risk for
fibrosis
. I got scared and asked for a printout of my results. I know there are many smart people on this group and Iām well aware youāre not doctors but Iām terrified and my Dr doesnāt understand the results???

Update on BMB
On my BMB from 2 years ago, it says there was āno significant reticulin
fibrosis
ā and on the most recent one it says āmoderate to severe reticulin
fibrosis
2-3+/3.ā She said she would bring that up to my doctor. That was the only thing that really worried me.
