The only figures there that you need to concern yourself with are the Median Liver Stiffness score (kPa score) and the CAP score.
The kPa score reveals the level of fibrosis - but what this means differs between causes of liver disease so 10.9 for some cases isn't as advanced as F3 (for alcohol related liver disease for example it would only be F2 - you can type Fibroscan Score Chart into your search engine and find a chart which interprets that score.)
The CAP score relates to the degree of fatty change in your liver.
CAP Score Steatosis Grade Amount of Liver with Fatty Change
238 to 260 dB/m S1 11% to 33%
260 to 290 dB/m S2 34% to 66%
Higher than 290 dB/m S3 67% or more
The good news is at either F2/F3 you stand a good chance of being to reverse the damage if you tackle the underlying cause which is behind your liver issue.

Katie, that is great. Thank you for the reply, much appreciated. I have had bloods done today to check for hepatitis, celiac and autoimmune profile. I would be shocked to have hepatitis as I don't do the things to catch it. If I put 2 and 2 together I'm just fat but have lost a lot of weight so far so hope I'm reversing it.
'Hepatitis' just means liver inflammation - there are many reasons why a liver might become inflamed - the viral hepatitis's are just one cause, you can also have auto immune hepatitis, hepatitis caused by alcohol and even fatty liver can have a hepatitis element.
Obviously they are still investigating what the underlying cause is.
