F3 Fibrosis Regression
How long does it realistically take ( with doing everything possible ) to regress from F3 severe
fibrosis
to F2? I am not a heavy drinker and was always very active but unfortunately took little responsibility for my diet and my love for sweets and sugar.

Fibrosis risk score
My GP ordered more bloods to be taken in order to do a
fibrosis
risk score test. I have been informed that my score has come back "quite high" so I am now being referred to the hospital.

What to do?
Originally I was diagnosed with lung
fibrosis
and earlier this year I received confirmation that I have CPFE combined pulmonary
fibrosis
and emphysema.I suffer from shortness of breath and some everyday tasks are becoming more difficult. Even putting my socks on can leave me short of breath.

My
fibrosis
test 61/2 year ago was 22, two months later down to 16. Just had my 6 monthly scan and bloods and everything is fine. They also gave me a
fibrosis
test at my request, has been over 6 years, I thought maybe bit of luck might be down from 16, or just the same. No it was 40!

Fibroscan – is it too early to be jubilant?
I’m stunned to read the words stating no
fibrosis
because despite being in an “indeterminate” band I was expecting at least some
fibrosis
! Yet the wording above suggests F0 I think? The hospital letter contains no figures/scores/readings.

Prescription drug induced Fibrosis
Hi. Wondering if anyone on here has had the above diagnosis. The drug involved was Nitrofuratan. The Consultant has told me the scarring will not heal.
