Vitamin B12 and folate decrease inflammation and fibrosis in NASH

I’ve just read an article about this research. Definitely something I’m going to be discussing with my consultant at my next clinic appointment. I’m already taking folic acid on my consultants instruction as my levels were low on my last blood tests. Thought I’d share as it looks interesting and seems to be from a reliable source.
