Embryo transfer day tomorrow
Hello, I have my FET tomorrow and I have my fingers crossed that all goes well. We had a fresh round 3 years ago and all went well and we now have a little girl. I can't remember what the rules are regarding transfer day. I remember no perfume or make up on. I can't remember if I took a nightgown and

More surgery for an ovary that isn’t there
Over a year and a half since my hysterectomy and I’ve just been given a consent form for an oopherctomy with tube removal or cystectomy. Only I’m not supposed to have any ovaries or tubes :( there’s a cyst growing from somewhere and ever though I’ve had all the scans they still can’t tell where. Really

Help!! Update on the update...!!
She also said that they think I have a lot of '
fibrosis
' in both atria which could be the cause of my arrhythmias. I feel a bit shell shocked to be honest. I hoped they would come back saying they'd just tidied up the loose ends from the first ablation.

Shielding and no face mask in schools
I’m on the NHS extremely vulnerable shielding category due liver
fibrosis
/cirrhosis and combination of few other illnesses. My daughter is attending secondary school year 8. She is being denied to enter her classroom because she chooses to wear a face mask.

This is my day 28 period have started the injections on day 21 and although they are usually heavy for a day or two, I usually have cramps too but today is unbearable! Is it worse due to the injections and something

Can Fatty Liver cause pain?
All I've read online is that you only get pain when it becomes
fibrosis
/cirrhosis. I don't have other symptoms, no jaundice, normal coloured stools, normal energy, no spider lavi etc. any comments would be appreciated :)

Hashimito's and menopause (atrophic vaginitis)
Morning all I have recently developed atrophic vaginitis it would seem. Ouch. I'm using pessaries prescribed by my doctor. Any advice about dealing with this condition as a person who also has Hashimoto's? Also, if you've used pessaries, how long did they take to work? I have been on them for a little

Pulmonary fibrosis treatment shows proof of principle.
A pre-clinical study led by scientists at Cincinnati Children's demonstrates that in mice the drug barasertib reverses the activation of fibroblasts that cause dangerous scar tissue to build up in the lungs of people with idiopathic pulmonary
fibrosis
(IPF).

Hyperthyroidism and right sided body pain?
My tests include full liver blood work and a
fibrosis
blood panel that were completely perfect besides mild bilirubin elevation, 3 ultrasounds (1st one said mild fatty liver the rest say enlarged liver with no scaring or inflammation), 2 CT scans that show no scaring or inflammation of anything just

Bloods reassurance?
Doc said that this pattern is unlikely to reflect
fibrosis
/cirrhosis and more likely to reflect a fatty liver at this stage, however I'm still very nervous about cirrhosis? How have other people's blood patterns looked? thanks

First fibroscan good second way different?
I don’t get to see the gastro for today’s test until next month and I feel like it might even be ruled out as inconclusive or they will diagnose me with severe
fibrosis
from this read.

9 days post embryo transfer and bleeding
I’m nine days post FET and been having horrible cramps and definitely felt like period. This morning I woke up with bleeding. I called the clinic and waiting to hear back but would love to know if anyone had this happen. My bloodwork is in three days.

Long term side effects of Mycophenolate in ITP?
I was then on Romiplostim for about 7 months but it had to be discontinued as it caused
fibrosis
of the bone marrow. I’ve been on 2.5g daily of MMF for the past 3 months and it just started working in the past 7 weeks. My platelets have been fluctuating between 14-30.
