Hi there you have lots of symptoms. No wonder you are depressed. First you need to cut down histamine in your diet. I too have same toilet issues. Food triggers to be avoided are cured meat, cheese, any leftovers, tomatoes, any preserves and caffeinated drinks etc. Google low histamine diet. I also take cetrozine, ketotifen and Benadryl for sudden symptoms. Try and keep cool, don't overexert. Stay out of the sun. Avoid triggers such as cleaning products, perfumes. I know it feels overwhelming but get your histamine levels down and you will feel a lot better.Don't rely on this site. It is dead as a nit!
