Attention: Felodopine users
Hi gals and guys, This is aimed at those of you (if any) who have been on 2.5mg of Felodopine for high blood pressure and who have come off it. The question is did you come off it cold turkey or gradually. Did you notice any change to your blood pressure readings as a result ? My BP medication history

54 year old male, 17 days into my Ramipril journey for High Blood pressure. I started with average BP reading of 185/115 (and had higher) and was prescribed 5mg Ramipril. So far no real side effects showing. BP seems to settle around 145/95 and do get times when it comes down to 120/82. I have lost

Ectopic heartbeats
I have been prescribed Amlodipine 5mg for hypertension in April. At the end of July I was prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5mg for ectopic heartbeats. Although it has only been a few weeks, I don’t feel comfortable with it, I feel lightheaded and need to rest more than normal. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms

Different AF Types
I have noticed that I get two types of AF periods. One is where my heart goes into an irregular beat but stays within the normal pulse rate. The other is where it jumps to around 160bpm and is irregular. Is there a difference in the two and how long can you leave the high heart rate before thinking

Will I ever feel better?
After a STEMI heart attack in April (Troponin peaked at 92,000), I thought I was doing pretty well. Back at work full-time, exercising, it was all going fine. I’m “only” 50 and have teenage kids who want to do more than I’m able. Previous to the HA I was pretty well, despite having dilated cardiomyopathy

Reducing Blood Pressure - Timescales
I have just been put on Ramipril 5 mg to help reduce my bp which peaked at 185/115. It scared me, and I have over this past seven days of treatment completely changed my eating habits and have lost nearly 6 pounds. I am considered to be overweight and aim to lose another 1 and a half stones over time

Imbruvica ibrutinib & ACE inhibitors
I have just been told to stop my ramipril due to an interaction with ibrutinib having the risk of sudden cardiac death! I have been taking ibrutinib daily for 3/4 years with ramipril most of the time and obviously have not had this reaction so it may be very rare or not apply in my case. I have no other

Nausea and vomiting - at 7.5 / 8mgs Pred?
Hi Folks, Just wanted to pick all your super human brains again if that's ok, you lovely people! Have had a lot of problems lately, but most debilitating over last few weeks has been nausea - so bad it stops me eating and sometimes I vomit about an hour after eating. Two weeks ago was bringing up some
