Since being given the diagnosis of Lupus SLE back in May I have started taking mycophenolate, Prednisolone, Ramipril - to protect my kidneys and Hydroxychloroquine. I have been waking up with painful shins - and the only way I can describe the pain is - it is like a big build up of lactic acid - almost as if I had ran a marathon the day before - whereas I have not done hardly any exercise. Does anybody else have these feelings? Is this normal to have with Lupus? Thank you.
