Exercise exceeding Heart rate calculation

Now if I exceed that on exertion with exercise is that dangerous or ok. Opinions welcome. I did ask the question in the Rehab but they never

what next for me?
hello, apart from being 76 there is absolutely none of the usual reasons my BP is high. And only in the last year, before that I never had a reading above 135/80. Am on amlodipine 5mg which has reduced some scarily high readings to an average of 150/95. Have just sent a weeks worth of readings to

Medication cocktail
My heart attack was in October, 4 stents inserted & now on the following cocktail of prescribed medications: Aspirin, Atorvastatin, Lansoprazole 30mg, Ramipril 25mg, Prasugrel 10mg, Nicorandil 20mg & Tildiem 300mg. Was wondering if anyone has found any side effects from any of the above medication.

Daytime Resting Heart Rate Regularly Dipping to 42
I am 66 and a recent routine NHS nurse check showed my blood pressure was high, averaging 155/95. I was told to monitor it and get in contact with my doctor and I have been started on 5mg Amlodipine and awaiting blood tests and a heart trace. Two BP readings taken at my local pharmacy showed the high

symptoms before a heart attack
hi everyone, I’m a 50 year old female with mild coronary artery disease and likely familial hypercholesterolaemia. I have a strong family history of early death from heart disease and my dad died at 57 having had several HA’s in his 30’s/40’s followed by a triple bypass at 44. Although he died very suddenly

Confused by what’s happened (54)
Hello community. This is my first post. I’m 54 and last Tuesday was admitted to A&E with a mild heart attack. (Does mild make it any less of a thing?..) 3 blood tests showed troponin of 16, then 23 & 23, and I understand that means something did happen, even though all 4 ECGs looked ok. I was

Normally I take my blood pressure in the morning at about11 o'clock. I am on medication , I take ramipril a diuretic and bisoprolol (2.5) at night and another bisoprolol in the morning at 11. I have discovered that my BP is normal at 11am (120/80) but sharply increased in the evening at 19:00 (160/110
