Fed up with low blood pressure fatigue
I have postural hypotension, and post eating hypotension with big drops on standing and am symptomatic with woozy head and
fatigue
even when it settles at at 90 over 60. BP most days in the 90s over 60s and often in the 80s over 50s and crashes lower on standing..

is it possible…
I’ve always thought 75mcg would end up not being enough in the long run, but in the last week I’ve fallen off a cliff with symptoms - pain in both elbows, pain in upper back between shoulders, low back pain and weakness in thighs,
fatigue
in overdrive again, turned into a miserable gollum-type creature

But how the hell do you manage the pain and worse CONSTANT
FATIGUE
that comes with this as well as raising humans? I feel like such a terrible mum when I spend days in bed. I feel so weak and useless that I dont have the energy to do all the things I wish I could.

up date on “roaring tinnitus”, a flare?
I also have pain in the joints, both shoulders, both arms extending into the wrists and middle fingers at times, plus
fatigue
. I called the ENT who set up an appt. with the audiologist.

Outcome after 4 years of weekly Pegasys injections for PV.
Pruritis or
fatigue
is gone. No objective symptoms. Over 2 years of weekly injections of 135mcg were needed, down to 112mcg for 8 months, then 90mcg for 2 months, another 2 months at 65mcg, and now at 45mcg.

Exagerated SE's with second Lupron shot?
Headache, pain in tendons and joints,
fatigue
and terrible mood swings, mostly sadness. My weight training sessions got really hard to get through. I called my oncologist who didnt think my symtoms were related to the injection since my T level were almost zero already before the shot.

Exhaustion after Laparoscopy
Have others experienced this type of
fatigue
? I have had
fatigue
during ovulation and periods before which I've assumed is part of the endometriosis. I think I'm now on my period although it's hard to know as pain and bleeding is still off and on since the surgery.

Big Question
I have considerable
fatigue
so I asked if I could come off of interferon. We did another BMB which was read as normal looking so the haematologist said yes to coming off Peg and monitoring monthly. My question to the group is whether this seems foolishly optimistic?

Daytime tiredness and
fatigue
(which I’m thinking is due to persistent untreatable angina but mainly stable) can be severe and again if do sleep I wake up feeling wretched so I try to fight it if I can. Getting me “down” mentally.

-Whenever I get a cold/covid etc it takes forever to recover and the
fatigue
lingers for months. I've been to the GP several times about this with bloods taken and no follow up because everything is 'normal' -Exercise is a no go.

Anger and Tears
The
fatigue
is my biggest problem, coupled with LC. Even a trip to the local shop wipes me out, so walking in nature and being by myself isn't possible. This was my usual way of healing myself emotionally if i was down in the dumps or needed some alone time before the LC and BI.

Do I have heart failure or heart disease?
Shortly after that severe
fatigue
hit me. I put this down to PMR/tapering steroids - a known and common symptom. But now I am not so sure. I had a NM Myocardial Perfusion scan in February 2024. This showed that part of my heart muscle was not getting an adequate blood supply.

Bisoprolol - is it ok to stop taking altogether?
I also find mid afternoon I get bad
fatigue
at work. To the point I feel I will fall asleep! At this point my heart rate is between 45 and 55. My average resting heartbeat is around 55 to 60 daily. Blood pressure high side of normal, usually around 130 85.

Inflamation/magnesium
I have been researching a bit, and several times have come across articles about Magnesium deficiency, which has symptoms of all the things I was experiencing, like cramps, inflamation,

, thick blood, etc.

Apart from the PSA response, side effects have been limited to a couple of days of
fatigue
. I am scheduled to have follow up bone scans in late November - so until then its wait and hope.
