Does anyone with LUPUS get reoccurring Shingles/ Herpes Zoster infections?
Severing from
fatigue
, mouth ulcers really bad migraines. My body gets swollen and holds a lot of fluid. Joint pain as well as stomach issues. Vitamin D deficiency and anemic. Constantly have slightly positive ANA test. I’m with rheumatology, immunology and waiting to hear back from dermatology.

Not fair!
I woke up this morning with crushing
fatigue
and mind-boggling pain. It took me a little bit before I realized that my PMR is back. I put a call into my rheumatologist for a prescription for 20 mg prednisone.

Recurrence symptoms
I've had to go off one of my PARPS (Lynparza) because of complications and I hate how every little thing is making me so crazy paranoid: every abdominal twinge, weird bathroom issue,
fatigue
, gurgling tummy, feeling of fullness...is is cancer? Or is it just everyday stuff?

normal TSH and T3 but Low T4
I’m suffering from
fatigue
and brain fog. What should I do to feel better again? Noted that I had my thyroid fully removed in 2014 due to hyperthyroidism no cancer. After surgery, I was on levo then levo and liothronine then armour thyroid and still suffering from very bad brain fog?

Blood test results
I find that my Free T3 is low which may explain the
fatigue
and other symptoms, maybe. My GP says that my blood test are "normal" and the thyroid should not be the cause of my symptoms. Any thoughts?

What the heck, Thyroid!?
I do have chronic
fatigue
that depending on the days is always there but sometimes less and sometimes severe. We know it can be related to B12, iron deficiency, and the chronic inflammation if autoimmune gastritis. But it can also be, in part, attributed to Thyroid.

RA locked me in fight-flight-freeze mode?
The anxiety (sometimes I actually have to pace),
fatigue
& depression are awful. I’m finally on a JAK that controls pain & joint damage for over a yr- but still stuck in a daily fight-flight-freeze (fear) mode. Why doesn’t the body self-regulate: calm down, & return to normal?

Chronic inability to fall asleep/maintain/resume sleep and electric shock sensation.
Fatigue
improved but I still have chronic insomnia, anxiety, depression and electric shock as part of my main symptoms. I have been taking ligaba to ease the nerve pains but I can hardly sleep or maintain sleep for long. This has so much affected my cognitive function.

GP says results are fine
Fatigue
, brainfog, muscle aches, joint pain, and other various symptoms. Below are my blood test results. The GP stated there is nothing of concern. He seemed more focused on mental health issues. Is there anything obvious below? Someone said to post here.

I was diagnosed as B12 deficient just a couple of weeks ago after being unable to attribute my weird collection of symptoms to either a busy life (
fatigue
, brain fog) or spinal nerve inpingement (cramp, twitches, bone pain).

I have been very run down for months with chronic
fatigue
and dementia symptoms. Also TIA symptoms in July and have not felt ok since. my b12 results are high which I believe is because I was taking supplements prior to testing so need to retest in a few months.
