Newbie--shifting symptoms?
But the gastric symptoms come and go, and the
fatigue
does, too. I just found this group today, and am pretty shocked at how many of my symptoms seem to track with PAS, or at the very least B12 absorption problems of some sort.

Don't give up, Keep fighting
But most was the
fatigue
. Very Very severe
fatigue
. lymph nodes were biopsied in December 2014 along with Blood Test and Bone Marrow biopsied. Diagnosed as stage 3 CLL/SLL with 11q deletion in January of 2015. Bone Marrow was 80% invaded. Not looking good for the home team.

Giant aneurysm
It started with sight issues and
fatigue
, and got rapidly worse. I've been told my case is serious and urgent, but I'm yet to get the date for an angiogram scan which will inform surgery. The (to be confirmed) plan for surgery is a clip with a bypass.

Diagnosed with CFS over 10 years ago when I suffered ongoing debilitating
fatigue
following a virus. I know my blood tests indicate Lupus but could they be something else, or ate they specific for Lupus? Many thanks.

Endurance sport and Afib
I was diagnosed with AFib approximately 3 years ago but suspect I had it a lot longer not knowing the symptoms putting it down to
fatigue
. It was an Apple Watch that alerted me to AFib and after a hospital stay I have been on medication with limited success.

What tests should I take?
Increasing
fatigue
and very soft stools. Puffy eyelids. Have a good organic diet, enough exercise, I am an enthusiastic allotmenter. I would like to treat myself but I don't know where to start.

Is it Behcets?
I get a lot of gastro symptoms, joint pain and
fatigue
, all of which are getting worse. As it's invisible pain, you feel like a fraud without a diagnosis. I don't seem to get eye issues either, but I'm going to see an optician to check.

High B12 - more tests needed?
My SO has several anaemia symptoms - pallor, breathlessness,
fatigue
, dizziness, nausea etc. GP says the bloodwork is OK despite family history of PA. Blood tests (GP & Medichecks) so far show haemoglobin & MCH a bit below range, haematocrit & MCH low but in range.
