weight, diet and statins?
currently down to 5mg, generally chugging along ok, still working, but feeling occasional
fatigue
so assume I’m getting towards my own adrenals firing back up. Unfortunately I’ve put on about 25lbs over the last 15 months or so 😠 so looking to maybe start trying to lose some.

I had been experiencing vague, debilitating symptoms occasionally for a few years,
fatigue
, nausea, chronic back pain, itchy skin, brain fog, etc. November’23 symptoms became acute, as well as dark urine and jaundice and I was basically incapacitated.

Diagnosed with CFS over 10 years ago when I suffered ongoing debilitating
fatigue
following a virus. I know my blood tests indicate Lupus but could they be something else, or ate they specific for Lupus? Many thanks.

Thyroid, ME/CFS sufferer heal thyself!
It must be so tedious for health professionals to have to see people who have constant
fatigue
, bowel issues, joint pain, sleepness nights, muscle weakness, flaking itchy skin, dysfunctional metabolisms, brain-fog, loss of previous meaningful employment, active lifestyle, relationships, self-esteem

Crippling fatigue - help!
Made a massive difference with the pain and nausea but I can't shake off the
fatigue
. I'm exhausted all the time. I've tried diet, supplements, exercise, meditation, anything I can think of. Just wondering if anyone knows of anything that helped them? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks x

Sulfasalazine questions :)
I've only been off them for 5 days and I already am having joint pain, body aches,
fatigue
etc. So my 2 part question is: 1) Has anyone else had high liver enzymes and LOW white blood cell counts as an effect of Sulfasalazine?

GP says results are fine
Fatigue
, brainfog, muscle aches, joint pain, and other various symptoms. Below are my blood test results. The GP stated there is nothing of concern. He seemed more focused on mental health issues. Is there anything obvious below? Someone said to post here.

Declining GFR with no cause found--Mystery Needs ideas
Symptom-wise, I feel as good as ever—none of the issues like water retention,
fatigue
, or shortness of breath. I'm a 72-year-old male, so right now, what I'm left with is my kidneys are just old and tired! My diet is pretty clean. No red meat. Lots of veggies.

flare?
My breathing is a bit better but for some reason I now have a hacking cough, productive but does not seem infected, The
fatigue
is awful, if I do something extra such as going out for a longer walk, it takes several days to recover.

Suppressed TSH but hypo symptoms
I sleep all day, extreme fog that feels like adhd, and
fatigue
that is insane. Doctor said I can try 225mcg levo for next step, but after that said I need to try armour thyroid or add t3 which I never needed before. He won't go up in levo again after this. Why is my tsh suppressed?

Adrenal Insufficiency or GCA or both?
I have been here before too many times but now have the "take it slowly" advice from this forum.Over the last few weeks I have suffered from extreme
fatigue
, much worse than when PMR first hit or on previous tapers, also intermittent but when I get it persistent nausea and random pain which just pops

Fibro or B12 deficiency??
I have been struggling lately with extreme
fatigue
, pins and needs, numbness in my arms, pain etc, worse then normal. I figured a Fibro flare.

Can high B12 levels actually turn out to be B12 deficiency.

Severing from
