Just some thoughts....

First of all, thank you for your Easter wishes. We had a nice day. Perfect weather and able to sit outside after we ate. For me, as some of you might know, I have struggled with my weight for many years. Yesterday it all but 'put it in my face' that I have to take back control over my eating. It is my choice to eat - what and how much.

For each of us it is up to us to decide how we let this PBC affect our whole lives. We can't let it be who we become.... we are not PBC - just like I am not who I eat. We all have a responsibility to take the very best care of ourselves - physically, as just as importantly, mentally. Out attitudes can make such a difference on how our day goes, can't it?!

Together by sharing how we cope with itching or the fatigue - or just by how our day is going - can help another person as well. We all want validation that how we feel is 'ok' and others have felt the same way. Don't be afraid to just share with us how your day is going - or not going. Venting can be very helpful as well. We are all in this together every single day. Knowing we can always have that 'do over' the next day, I hope, helps us realize that the next day can be better for us. We will never give up trying to live each day to the fullest.
