IBS and camping
I am IBS-C leaning with pain and
fatigue
being my hardest to manage symtoms for travel. I have to go to a wedding in June and it's filling me with anxiety because it will require 2x overnight ferry journeys and 2x nights camping.

PMR YoYo again
I am now experiencing pain across my shoulders and neck pain along with
fatigue
. I failed to mention that in my previous post. I'm thinking of jumping back up to 8mg ( if that is enough) and waiting to see my Dr. on the 12th of February.

Anyone else get bad Mood swings?
I know outside stresses can affect this, but I go for a weekly run, I'm a gardener (which the
fatigue
really doesn't help with and considering a career change eventually) so I'm outside in the fresh air in nature.

16hr Fasting
Me and my wife practice 16hrs for 30days, (my wife does twice a year) Dry Fasting ( no food no water) , and we can manage hunger and thirst, but the worst is
fatigue
and sleep, what should be the right kind of food that we should include in diet to help cope with the energy levels.

Should I go back on 1 or 2 mg prednisone due to fatigue?
Hello friends! After a four year term of GCA, while doing a very slow taper of prednisone l have been off of prednisone for several months. Occasionally if I’m very fatigued I take a 1 mg. I have been very fatigued for the last few days and I’m wondering if I should maybe go back on a daily 1 mg

Xtandi (enzalutimide) SEs Part 2
I still work full time and I've read that taking it at night helps avoid the
fatigue
during the day. So far that seems to be the case with me. I've tried taking Melatonin but that also gives me the jimmy legs, so I'm starting to consider take cannabis gummies as a sleep aid. Any suggestions?

Pain worse - but is it inflammatory arthritis, the osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia - or all 3?
My symptoms, especially pain, stiffness and
fatigue
seem to be worsening. But I can't figure out where the symptoms are coming from unless the fibromyalgia is making everything worse? The nurse seem to think I just need to give the mtx more time.

GCA and Cough/Interstitial Lung Disease?
The cough occurs when my other symptoms (weakness in arms and legs,
fatigue
, jittery, headachy) are worse. Could this be interstitial lung disease? My GP nor my rheumatologist have suggested this, but from my reading, it’s a possibility. I’m currently tapering prednisone for 40 mg.

Back on Pegasys
Now that I know that my
fatigue
is due to being generally lazy and the back pain is arthritis I am fine with the Peg. It was worth a try to sort out what is to hold accountable for which symptom. I will work on the laziness.
