Dose change
I reduced my dose 4 weeks ago and I am struggling with
fatigue
quite badly this week. Could this be because of the dose change or is it too soon?

I'm struggling with pain and fatigue but feel my rheumatologist will not permit me to have my mabthera infusion
It look 5 long years to diagnose my rheumatoid until everything seemed to go. My consultant at the time apologised- I think I was sero- negative.. but then it showed up and I finally got treatment. I have tried various combination of drugs and was finally put on mabthera. My new rheumatologist says

Elevated Vitamin A in serum with no supplements
In terms of Vitamin A toxicity symptoms - I've had abdominal pain , nausea,
fatigue
- but this is impossible to separate from my abdominal surgeries (4 in 2 years!) and also MTX.

Estrogen vs ADT?
Importantly, side effects are much less than ADT, including, but not limited to, reduced CV side effects, reduced hot flashes, reduced bone loss, reduced
fatigue
, improved libido, and improved Quality of Life (QoL).

Thoughts welcome
I explained that there was a definite improvement with her
fatigue
after private B12 injections, and she said that happens even if you have no deficiency, so not relevant. She wants to monitor her BP & weight, and will provide a prescription for vertigo.

Rasagiline/Azilect?
The recent worsening of the walking, feeling unsteady, favouring the painful leg, not being able to walk any distance at all without having to sit ( not from
fatigue
but because of pain) has been so sudden and so marked . We feel to ask for an increase in c/l ?

ET related fatigue
I just wanted to ask if you can have
fatigue
from ET with no other risk factors or indicators? He is due to see his haematologist in the next 3 months and she has said that if the
fatigue
persists then they could start him on medication to reduce his platelets in an effort to reduce the
fatigue
.

First in person MPN meeting 18th November
I really can’t express how much gratitude I have for everyone here With the
fatigue
I’ve been vegan for 7 years vegetarian for 26 years before that so it has similarities with the recommended-to-us Mediterranean diet.

Help with Medicheck results
I am determined to get to the bottom of my
fatigue
as it isn’t me and is really starting to get me down. So, I have had the Medicheck test above which will be forwarded to my GP before my telephone consultation on Wednesday. Any comments and advice will be gratefully received.
