I have never felt fatigue like this before. I am a very active person and this has really stopped me in my tracks. Have you had the same? Does it ease? Thank you.

The thing I'm struggling with the most is fatigue. I sleep more than I'm awake! I've tried to go back to work but I have to go back to bed for a couple of hours after my shift because it wipes me out. On my day's off I'm usually in bed all day.

I cope, reluctantly, with my lung problems, hear failure and atrial fibrillation but the last few weeks I have been so tired I dare not close my eyes or I will fall asleep. I feel ten times worse when I wake after about 20 minutes. How do others handle this?

Hello. I’m hoping to hear some hopeful news. Started metho injections 2 weeks ago, first blood test due tomorrow and so far ok. I’ve always been fit and active but for past 5 months done very little as knee swollen. Since having it drained a month ago I’ve managed to do about 45 min walk couple times

I keep resting because of fatigue and get periods of feeling clammy and hot. Should I increase my Prednisolone?

I am on W&W and constantly tired. How does it occur ? My bloods are good only increasing in white lymphocytes.

Hi everyone,Was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue by the late Dr Peatfield - Dr P. I've had problems ( as I'm sure many of you have) with balancing Adrenal and Thyroid Glands. #I have been taking Nutricolgy Adrenal Natural Glandular - 100 mg per day.

Does anyone have any tips for managing fatigue - I find this overtakes my life daily, and if I do anything it can take me days, even a week, to recover!

Despite a healthy life style (healthy diet , regular exercise and 8-9 hours sleep) fatigue comes on fast and strong most afternoons. Eyes become heavy and clear speech becomes an effort.. working from homes enables a half hour nap, I’m then able to carry on, but at a slower pace.
