Does anyone have any tips for managing
fatigue
- I find this overtakes my life daily, and if I do anything it can take me days, even a week, to recover!

Despite a healthy life style (healthy diet , regular exercise and 8-9 hours sleep)
fatigue
comes on fast and strong most afternoons. Eyes become heavy and clear speech becomes an effort.. working from homes enables a half hour nap, I’m then able to carry on, but at a slower pace.

I am not sure if my
fatigue
on effort is normal after the joint surgery or if my Pmr is causing it. Have my ortho follow up so hopefully he will be able to advise. Anybody else have similar experience?

We’d been told to expect
fatigue
to be significant for the first year but weren’t sure if how he is now is the new normal? If it is then that’s fine, he just wondered what other people’s experience were of tiredness levels the first few years post op?

However the
fatigue
makes me into someone I don’t want to be. Has anyone overcome this symptom? I am taking B complex.

I was diagnosed with endo about a month ago after my first laparoscopy. I’ve had symptoms since I was about 15/16. One of the things I struggle with the most, that has been progressively getting worse, is feeling tired and fatigued all the time. I never have any energy and don’t feel like doing anything

Fatigue !
I’m still getting days with hip and neck and shoulder pain but the worst is the
fatigue
. Some days I’m fine but mostly feel exhausted. Since stopping Pred my sleep isn’t good. Is it ok to have the occasional couple of weeks on 2 mgs for normality?

Can anyone help? Feel constantly tired, after 7 hours sleep. My eyes look as though they are half closed from the moment I wake up. GP examined me, looked at my health record and medication levels and said there is nothing he can suggest. My vitamin/mineral levels are normal. Has arranged a lung xray

Hi I am so overwhelmingly tired I cannot express how tired I feel, to me it’s a different kind of tiredness and as said it’s completely overwhelming, I appreciate that you should try to move about but I just cannot be bothered. Diagnosed last Sept spoke to a gastro consultant once who had no empathy

Headaches + fatigue
I find that when I get to a certain time of day I feel the need for a sleep due to
fatigue
, irrelevant of whether I have done anything or not

Curious if people experience more
fatigue
, headaches, fogginess 2-3 days post infusion and if it gets worse as you receive more treatments/infusions; does it build up in your body? I feel it’s been harder post than the first infusion where I had a reaction.

extreme fatigue
After two years of treatments for Pernicious Anaemia I still struggle with
fatigue
. I've been working out and riding a bike as much as energy levels allow me. I'd like to lift weights more but two days a week is all I can handle and need time to recover afterwards.

Biggest issue is
fatigue
, now at the point where I find it difficult to motivate myself to get up if I don’t have to. So I make sure to have arrangements made which I then have to keep. Clever, eh ?😜.I continue to work part time, go for walks, meet up with friends and family, etc.
