Stage 4 rehab
So after a 10 minute warm up on the bike it was on to upper body and core strength work although I did finish off with leg work as well as a tight hamstring can also influence the plantar
Fasciitis
. It was a good and enjoyable first session of about 50 minutes and my next one will be on Wednesday.

Waiting ‘impatiently’ for my next run - on the IC for now.
I’ve been struggling with what I think is plantar
fasciitis
- shooting pain through my heel, worse pain in the morning, still being able to run without pain (well that was silly of me).

Like Plantar
Fasciitis
. *oooh* I, er, don’t know how to write “oooh” so it reads like a long satisfied exhalation, rather than a camp *OoOoOoOoOoh*. Anyway, nobody would mind rucking up at the physio's with Plantar
Fasciitis
. You'd feel a bit silly just calling it a sore foot.

I've been on enalapril-hctz about two months he gave me a cortisone shot 7/13/23 in my foot for plantar
fasciitis
and said this will cure it an about 2 hours later the pain was back and I couldn't even walk because the whole bottom of my foot was sore almost 2 weeks.

what do you think ?
Hi PMR peeps, I’m still at 4mg and wasn’t doing too bad, had just got back from Rhodes and my daughter & 2 grandchildren came to visit for a week ( both children under 2 ) I had developed plantar
fasciitis
in my left foot while away and am still suffering with my osteoarthritis in both knees.

A little trial run
She thinks it’s a bit of plantar
fasciitis
rather than Achilles tendinitis and gave a couple of sets of exercises to do each day several times.

The rehab continues!
My rehab sessions at the local gym continue 2x a week where I have been doing a mixture of strength training and cardio work .This has been very successful in toning up areas that had needed it , especially with the recent weight loss of 14.5kg (2.5 stone) The plantar
Fasciitis
is certainly less but

Why does Facebook like to rub it in !!! 😐
But unfortunately the rehab was thrown off track with first the plantar
Fasciitis
and then the back issue following my bike ride ! I then have a 2nd physio appointment tomorrow over my back . It's certainly improving but very very slowly .

First decent walk for a while 🙂
I have still been keeping my activity levels up but I have been trying to find a ballance between activities and managing plantar Fasciitis. The plantar
Fasciitis
is certainly getting less and less but it has not cleared up completely yet.

This weekends half marathon!
On my 18k last week I ended up with mild plantar
fasciitis
. It seems to have recovered quite well in just a week with rest and massage. I did a strength and stretch session yesterday and plan to do a couple more before Sunday but I'm purposefully not running until then.

I have been on treatment since early December 2022, and am held at 10mgs Prednisone for three months now as my diagnosis has been changed from PMR to Eosinophilic
fasciitis
. Body hair as well as head hair is thinning.

T3 monotherapy - different brands
Since being on it my symptoms have changed - fatigue and brain fog for 2 days, followed by fatigue, muscle pain, headaches, knee pain, Plantar
Fasciitis
flare up, now that's all gone, and I have a familiar symptom of a sinus soreness and fatigue.

Nerve damage in feet
I have done a lot of research and I think it could be the Baxter’s nerve that’s the issue where as I’ve previously been diagnosed with plantar
fasciitis
.. they are both similar and often Baxter’s nerve is misdiagnosed as plantar
fasciitis
..

Don't trust the weather app!!! 💦🌩️⚡😐
This would have happened sooner of course had I not been hit with Plantar
Fasciitis
and then hurting my back! My back is now almost back to how it was, it's been weak for a few years so it's never going to be 100% and the PF is certainly improving.

No diagnosis but lots of symptoms
I suffer pain in my feet and have bunions and plantar
fasciitis
and suffer from tennis elbow and sometimes shoulder pain. X-rays show that I have scoliosis. My GP X-rayed my hands and said there were no "mothy holes" and so my symptoms were down to wear and tear.

A treadmill walk
Anyway, that was enough exercise for the two days it took me and although my back was ok my right foot was aching with the Plantar
Fasciitis
so no walking. Friday I needed to rest apart from a visit to the shop .
