Been on the IC since April 24h….bit fed up now!
I then went to see a foot and ankle consultant, and another physio, and was told I had plantar
fasciitis
and Peroneal brevis tendonopathy in both feet. I’ve since had a course of shock wave therapy, and more physio which has slightly improved the plantar
fasciitis
.

Within the past year, my eyes are feeling dry and I’ve developed plantar
fasciitis
in both feet which I keep under control with stretches/feet exercises. I’m not sure if these additional ailments are caused by PMR or just getting older.

restless legs
This is also affecting my feet, plantar
fasciitis
. I have fitted orthotics now and no pain when wearing them, but have to wear them pretty much all of the time. So night time I also have pain from my feet. I'm overwhelmed with all here, how the suffering with rls is affecting so many people.

Fulvestrant side effects and updates
Side effects like plantar
fasciitis
and knee joint pains especially when I sit too long or just few minutes and driving. I discussed these issues with my oncologist and lookslike he wants to ignore my concerns.

Is it time to give up?
I was reasonably fit having been a keen hiker for most of my life but it took me almost 2 years to complete the programme because of a series of injuries along the way, including shin splints, plantar
fasciitis
, knee and hip pain.

HU10 report, 19th May
Disclaimer: I was hoping to take the 10-mile option but had to downgrade to 10K owing to ongoing plantar
fasciitis
– a disappointment, but medically sensible (I’m trying to tell myself) because I’m already pushing it in terms of injury. I started fairly early, as is my preference.

Haven't ran in over 18 months
Due to pantar
fasciitis
I haven't ran for over 18 months. Earlier this year I tried shockwave therapy which eased the pain by about 15% Almost two weeks ago I managed to get a steroid injection. The doctor who performed the injection said it should take about two weeks to see any difference.

Heat pads
These were the only ones I could find https://www.amazon.com/JOBYNA-Coverage-Continuous-
Fasciitis
-Neuropathy/dp/B0BFHG9688?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1 I only used one, because my RLS is only active in one foot at a time. I tried it and moved the pad to the other foot when I felt it was starting there.

New Plantar
Fasciitis
symptom or my achilles do we think? Any advice much appreciated. I don't want to do damage if there are simple exercises I can do.

Karen x PS. as if that wasn't enough, I've just developed Plantar
Fasciitis
... I expect many are familiar with this? Absolutely instantaneous onset, no fall, accident, damage ... but painful to walk, pain coming from a heel. Came on as quick as a sneeze. Insult to injury, I call it!

C25K end of W1
I did it a couple of years ago, but ended up with planter
fasciitis
, I’m hoping the new trainers will help to make it better this time round. When I first went on the chat and saw everyone writing C25K I nearly left straight away, I was so slow I thought you were all past 5k and on to 25k!!😂

So yes, I'm still walking , still doing the stage 4 rehab at the gym but unfortunately still having to battle the plantar
Fasciitis
so the running is quite infrequent at the moment .

Death from other-than PCa is not a "success"
The work-up showed life threatening streptococcal cellulitis, myo-
fasciitis
, leg abcessess and knee infections. Started on very powerful antibiotics, it was felt I would more likely die than live the next 24 hours. (Only told this one month later this morning.)

Problem feet
Saw a physio at doctor and showed him my photo and he said that i need a scan as sometime rhumatroid can cause plantar
fasciitis
. And the rhumatroid nurse phoned me up the next day and said they they would give me an ultra scan to look at my sheath.

IT’S (almost) FRIDAY SO IT MUST BE………POM POM TIME!
In fine form after defeating Plantar
Fasciitis
last year, Dendev75 has recently run a 10 mile PB to which we expect her to add a shiny HM badge on Sunday. https://www.btrliverpool.com/lhm-and-10m-event 🌟
AND THEN
we have marathon runner Comfortnotspeed who is running in the Nantwich 10k.

Hello again!
Then Plantar
Fasciitis
prevented me from running for 18 months....so I'm back on C25k. On week 5. It feels less painful than 5 years ago, I know I'm a bit stronger now. I am feeling quite worried though about the longer runs. It's been so long.Anyway, hello!
