Hi PMR peeps, I’m still at 4mg and wasn’t doing too bad, had just got back from Rhodes and my daughter & 2 grandchildren came to visit for a week ( both children under 2 ) I had developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot while away and am still suffering with my osteoarthritis in both knees. Well as you can guess I was exhausted after the visit and my plantar has got even worse ( I had this a few years ago ) my legs are stiff with pain and muscles feel so weak, thinking it’s a flare from overdoing things. I ordered Co-codamol from doctors for pain but it made me feel so queazy I stopping taking it. Finding it increasingly difficult to walk very far. I have a telephone consultation booked for Thursday with GP to see if anything can be done for my pain. Should I up the pred to see if it helps my legs 🤔

Might be worth trying before you see the doctor to distinguish whether it is a flare or just too much being done,
It does sound flare like, and you know why granny. Try a few mgs more, I would. My two grandsons are coming soon. I will do the same from pure joy.
Thank you girls ! 😘
