We’ve done it 🌟
I gave up in wk 6 last year, after ending up with Achilles tendinitis and plantar
fasciitis
. I just couldn’t manage it! A year on, after therapy sessions, acupuncture, achilles stripping, 😖😖 and more!! It’s finally in the bag 😁😁.

Week 3 done but feet not good
I have Plantar
Fasciitis
so caught in catch 22 as need to lose weight to treat it. Have started doing some of the runs in the gym.Does anyone else just use a treadmill to do all their runs?

My 4 year runniversary.
I have no idea why I continued with running, must have already been hooked...achilles tendonitis followed, with plantar
fasciitis
close on it's heels (see what I did there?), a poisoning with mis-prescibed prescription drugs.. and this years new friend who is always on my shoulder, cancer.

Rubbish day
She then tells me it's plantar
fasciitis
so that just finished me off. I just need some words of wisdom from this amazing group.

Knee pain
I have graduated largely without issue except some plantar
fasciitis
which usually effects me after running and not during. I had on occasion some knee tenderness. last week I did 35 mins, found it ok and was quite chuffed and largely no real issues.

Tight calves
I’ve been wearing a gel heel insert in my trainers for heel pain/ plantar
Fasciitis
for a couple of months. My trainers are fairly old - I’m thinking 7years maybe? They’ve seen me graduate c25k alright though.

Frequent injuries - is it just me?
However, I do seem to suffer frequent injuries, be it knee soreness (probably very common), plantar
fasciitis
and more recently an achillies tendon injury (not diagnosed, but just very sore) which kept me off running for 4 weeks.

Evolution of mets.. pain
My mets were dx last summer by my physiatrist bc I had plantar
fasciitis
I also had pain in my r hip at night that had been dismissed by the oncologist and orthopedist Although my last oet scan showed complete resolution I have noticed increasing joint pain particularly when I shift positions.

What's in common with burn out, Hashimotos hypothyroidism, menapause, frozen shoulder, Plantar Fasciitis, fat pad atrophy,CRPS & dupuytrens?
I'm wondering if it's something about the Atonomic Nervous System. "Many people who develop hypothyroidism end up in fast oxidative, glucogenic metabolism, or in an over-reactive parasympathetic state." quote from: https://metabolichealing.com/hypothyroidism-the-adrenals-the-intrinsic-link/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Plantar Fasciitis
I'm thinking that's what this horrid heal pain is. I've been told about using a ball to loosen up the ligament. Going to the GP on Tuesday. Limping but desperate to run. Any advice appreciated. Better trainers are needed and have brought padding for existing footwear. I am so so so frustrated.

Does anyone suffer from Plantar Fasciitis here?
https://www.healthlinkbc.ca/health-topics/hw114458 For the past couple of weeks I've been getting that pain in my right heel. Unfortunately it's been quite painful since my run this morning. My job doesn't help either as I stand for longs hours. Any suggestions or remedies???

Plantar Fasciitis..is it common in PMR or just common?
I think I have recently developed this condition, not doctor diagnosed, and have ordered some shoe insoles and a pair of special sock things. I’m five years into PMR , steroids 5 mg daily. Does anyone know if this is a common by product of PMR or am I just unlucky. I’ve just read that being overweight

Week 3 done
Still having problems with the plantar
fasciitis
. Had a word at a foot health clinic and I seem to be doing everything right apart from running! I will keep at it but may have to pause if I can't turn it round. The lady said I should not push it in case it becomes chronic.

W3 R2 Goodbye!
OK did W3 R2 today, no big problem even with the Plantar
Fasciitis
, got to the end and realised I had not put the incline on (Do it on treadmill and normally set a 1.5%) so I rewound the app and id a repeat of the last 3 mins Yeeah, because thats how I roll!
