Plantar fasciitis.....

Hi I’m new here and have just been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Can’t run and am struggling with walking. Have been given stretching exercises by the doctor, have bought some insoles and aphave an appointment to see a podiatrist this week.

Had just finished the C25k and not being able to run is getting me down..... any advice?

You are doing all the right things.

Try and find post sore feet by Tony_A? And video reply by orangeguy on foot stretching.

Maybe interesting to compare.

Heal first, then you will run when you are ready. It is a frustrating blip, but you will run again. 😄
