Do I need better (expensive) trainers?
I have put extra heel and arch support in them as I’ve had a problem before with plantar
fasciitis
. Now I’m on week 3 and pretty sure I’m going to keep going. I know nothing about trainers. Do I need to invest in fancier ones? Is there really a difference? Thanks for any advice! ***uodate!

Gastroscopy , follow up to post about enteric Pred.
I’m getting so fed up of everything , over five years on this devil drug and PMR and GCA and new ills every year or so, Atrial Fibrillation, partial Deafness, kidney tumour, skin cancers , plantar
fasciitis
, sciatica and now Hernia. Nobody said passing 60 would be this bad!

Suffering a bit with plantar
fasciitis
but have bought some Scholl heel insoles and they enable me to run - heels just seem to ache a few hours after my run, but I really don’t want to give up now and start all over again!

Steroid injections
Got fibromyalgia, plantar
fasciitis
and bursitis but just lately it has got worse and really tender in my joints and hips. I’ve been given exercises to do which are killing me literally. If not improved within the next 4 weeks I have to have steroid injections which I am quite worried about.

Anyone else suffer from Plantar Fasciitis ?
Plantar
Fasciitis
back with a vengeance. Been told to rest it, stretch it & ice it. I'm so disappointed, and know it can take months to heal. Anyone else a sufferer?

Can I run with plantar fasciitis?
Hi I recently started with plantar
fasciitis
symptoms. I am about 6 weeks post grad and building up to 5k running 3 times per week (apart from 2 weeks in Greece!) After the last run 4.5k in 46 mins I could not walk the next morning without severe pain under my left foot.

Overeating When Anxious
I continue to walk, but can’t run because of a bad knee and plantar
fasciitis
in both feet. I am seeing doctors for both and do therapy for each. I notice that I overeat when I become anxious. I have successfully used meditation as a help to reduce anxiety.

W8R3 - sorrrrrteeeeeeed!
I've been struggling with plantar
fasciitis
since before starting the C25K and it was killing me on the walk. Thankfully when I broke into the run it subsided.

My first few doses I noticed loosing a lot of water weight, i would get up to go to the bathroom 3x a night for about 5 days, then i noticed my nails improving, my plantar
fasciitis
went away and a fungal infection i had on my toe was healing, and even my eyesight improved.

It is real, check your Vit D
Everything I read was on plantar
fasciitis
. I found I was abnormally LOW in Vitamind D3 and started taking a megadose and within a day was gone! People with thyroid problems run low in D.

Medical care getting older
As I get older I find all of this arthritis, chronic back pain, plantar
fasciitis
pain, etc. incredibly annoying. My children don't want to hear about my physical problems, so only have hubby to talk to, which I try to cut down on. Listening to a constant complainer can be aggravating.

Plantar fasciitis
Due to do W6R3, but have taken an extra couple of days rest as it looks like I have managed to get myself plantar
fasciitis
!🤨 Just wondered if anyone had experienced this and had any advice? Really don’t want to have to give up running as I’m starting to feel the benefits.

Week 9 - NO NO NO 😲
It's not plantar
fasciitis
(i've had had that before) I think it's from when I stood, barefoot, on a stone a couple of weeks ago. It was very painful at the time but went away - or so I thought.
