Still having problems with the plantar fasciitis. Had a word at a foot health clinic and I seem to be doing everything right apart from running! I will keep at it but may have to pause if I can't turn it round. The lady said I should not push it in case it becomes chronic.

Oh that's horrible. When I had it I did stop running. I did other stuff like static bike & resistance. I also had acupuncture for it which really helped & I did the exercises regularly. I also got something which I wore in my shoe - it was like a gel heel. I'm sorry if I'm teaching granny to suck eggs. Hope it gets better soon!
I do feel for you, I suffered from it years ago and it is a long job to get over it. Mine was so bad I couldn't walk on it yet alone run, toes on edge of stair or brick then lower heel, it worked for me but took a long time, good luck.
