OK did W3 R2 today, no big problem even with the Plantar Fasciitis, got to the end and realised I had not put the incline on (Do it on treadmill and normally set a 1.5%) so I rewound the app and id a repeat of the last 3 mins Yeeah, because thats how I roll!
Probably will not be nearly so cocky next week or week 5! Hope I can fend off the PF!
