Been to podiatrist- proper assessment states I have hyper flexible ankles, hence floppy ankles, 2cm leg length difference and plantar fasciitis due running lopsided π Result- constant bad back. Treatment- insoles to correct leg length, stabilise the ankles and cushioning for the painful heel, wear trainers or work shoes at all times for time being to support ankle, no slippers, no bare feet, heat treatments and heel dips for plantar fasciitis, review in 5wks.
1wk result- heel less painful, back much better though still achy , can actually turn over in bed with no pain π
Also the running trainers I bought post gait analysis, despite being told by sports shop to avoid at all cost are actually the best suited trainers for me , which was great news. Things are definitely looking brighter!!
