I am soooo happy to have got this far!! No way I would’ve thought I could have run for 5/8/5 minutes! I do still find it really tough going on the inclines, but my new motto in my head is ‘keep going with your baby steps’, and they really are BABY STEPS, steady one foot in front of the other. Suffering a bit with plantar fasciitis but have bought some Scholl heel insoles and they enable me to run - heels just seem to ache a few hours after my run, but I really don’t want to give up now and start all over again!
