Got fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis and bursitis but just lately it has got worse and really tender in my joints and hips. I’ve been given exercises to do which are killing me literally. If not improved within the next 4 weeks I have to have steroid injections which I am quite worried about. Any suggestions anyone??
