It is real, check your Vit D

This is a very real thing. My Achilles was killing me. Everything I read was on plantar fasciitis. I found I was abnormally LOW in Vitamind D3 and started taking a megadose and within a day was gone! People with thyroid problems run low in D.

Wow thats amazing but the irony is GPs wont check for Vitmin D due to cost or check thyroid conditions properly. Imagine all the money they could save if they did. They wouldnt need to put people on all the nasty drugs and antidpressants! Then they wouldnt need to make any cuts!

Is that across the board? My gp tested got Vit D no problem and my understanding was the nhs would check once a year without issue.

As for the thyroid tests, mmmmm 😂

Hi Murphysmum

I know they wont check in some GP surgeries. Didnt know about the once a year rule. Its normally the Labs that seem to be in charge. I recently requested a zinc and selenium test but was told no via the Lab.

Thanks

Don’t forget to supplement Vit D3 with Vit K2 and magnesium. Crucial to keep the calcium in the bones and not arteries.

Dr Carolyn Dean has a picometer Magnesium I am about to try as it gets into the cells easily.UK Distributer Botaniahealth
