tips on health related ptsd?
And I was working hard on improving my health -
exercise
, diet, low stress environment, meditation. A year later (now), I got a HPV positive with low grade dyskariosis from my cervical smear test and find myself struggling to deal with this emotionally.

High blood pressure
I
exercise
regularly, eat healthily, and up until now have always had good blood pressure (which has been measured regularly). However, in the last few months my blood pressure seems to be going up. Not massively, but enough for doctors to mention it's a 'little high'.

No dietary changes other than I try and eat less/
exercise
more - which has become difficult because of the breathlessness. Am I a hypochondriac? I do not know what feeling well feels like - I just feel ‘it is what it is’! Thank You!

CGM blood sugar monitors now available witout having to do the ZOE pogramme
I've already learned for example that bread and pasta make my blood sugars rocket, but by how much depends on the time of day and what you eat with it eg more veg and protein and whether or not you
exercise
within 20 or 30 mins of eating.

I do still try to
exercise
when I can, all be it not as well as I used to , I think there has been a bit of muscle wastage and find it hard to put any on and I do feel like there’s a spark missing somewhere within me. Apart from all that I’d say I feel generally ok if that makes any sense ?

Cognition Issues
My question is… Is there anything that anyone does in addition to good nutrition and
exercise
that helps with the cognitive issues??? He has the CDK12 mutation …😩… and many drugs that are affective for some are not for this type. Thank you for any advice!!

Diabetes and APs / Keto
I lost 10kg weight with mix of diet and a lot more
exercise
. My cholesterol and glucose levels fine again. I lowered carbs a lot and tried to keep vitamin k still consistent. With a keto diet the last 2 or 3 weeks.

Latest results - fT3 overrange after commencing TRT
It costs of course, but I'm not noticing any real symptom relief (energy, motivation, brain-fog, sleep,
exercise
capacity, etc). I would need to spend money to stop TRT (to kick start my own testosterone production again).

Improvement in bone density
They told me that the advice regarding
exercise
for someone in my position had changed and that it would be safe for me to take up jogging or slow running using a carefully graded approach.

I actually did it! My first 10k
I’d do any thing else
exercise
wise but just don’t ask me to run, ever! Well did the couch to 5k last year and I just ran my first 10k! I am over the moon! I hour and 10 mins but since I started running age 60 I don’t think that’s too bad. I have now signed up for my 1st official 10k in August.
