Can a new drug mimic the effects of exercise on bone and muscle?
Similarly, the mechanical stimulus of
exercise
also leads to cellular calcium influx, which is why LAMZ has
exercise
-mimicking effects.

Time flies... when you're having babies!
In the meantime, I'm finding time to
exercise
again - easier said than done with a three month old - and I've started putting feelers out for possible volunteering opportunities to help support Asthma and Lung UK and Blood Cancer UK.

An opera written for/by and performed by PWP!
We
exercise
our vocal chords etc and benefit from the uplifting nature of music and singing in community. Before Covid, our choir leader and some colleagues decided to put together an opera written for and performed by people with Parkinson's.

Exercise query
My diet is good and I
exercise
. The consultant I had today said as I'm not tolerating the medication and ranges are low recommends I only take the Vit D/calcium tablets for 3 years. Ince I reach this point have another scan and go from here. Sounds good to me.

Urinary control and biking
I have biked all my life for transportation and leisure/
exercise
, but no longer bike in the winter; I do some indoor stationary recumbent biking then just for the
exercise
(as well as swimming, walking, not-too-difficult weight lifting all year long).

Even getting tons of physical
exercise
didn't help me with my sleep at all. I suffer from severe insomnia... I didn't sleep 5+ days in hospital, well that was fun, i am even more demented now then i was before...

PMDD and endometriosis help
I understand anti-depressants may be great for some people, but I am totally for a holistic route...I
exercise
regularly, I don't eat gluten or dairy, and I take lots of supplements, so I really want to avoid taking these pills, especially when the depression only affects me for a this PMDD period.
