Is anyone diagnosed with Dercums disease who can give advice on exercise that doesn’t make you immobile for 2 weeks after?

On gosh not sure if you have right forum here. This forum supports C25K running..and as such we aren't medical experts... hopefully your GP might be able to help.

So sad and sorry to hear you have such a rare painful disorder. I know that there is no specific treatment & each person experiences it differently and is treated symptomatically. Chat to your GP
If your Doctor gives you the go ahead to commence couch to 5K it would be wise to get a good pair of trainers and socks before you start. We will support you here with running advice, but only your GP/consultant can give you the go ahead to actually run. Let us know!
