Yesterday I completed my EXI activity minutes circle (in the right heart rate range for my moderate intensity) by weeding a roundabout with a community team in my town!
I recorded it as a "workout" in my Fitbit and my heart rate was tracked in the right moderate zone.

What are some (family friendly) ways you get moving that wouldn't be seen as traditional "exercise"?
