Not done much with app as haven’t been well hopefully back to normal exercise this week as just tested negative this morning

Hi Exiicecream , I'm glad you are feeling better and looking to get back to exercising. Remember to take it easy and listen to your body, if you need to rest. Depending on the EXI programme you are on, you may be able to restart your prescription back to week 1 should you find the app too challenging after your absence. What do I need to do to see if prescription can go back to week 1

Still not completely sure of where to find things how to record activity as have Apple Watch and don’t want to have to input data twice
