Risks of going to the gym after circumsision ?

I’ve been cleared by a registrar to go the gym, exercise etc. are there any risks I should be aware of before going ?

I found rubbing caused some redness and irritation. Think someone mentioned it in your previous post, but a sports cup inside your shorts should help. As long as you protect things, you should be ok. I also found the mesh inner of my swim shorts caused problems
