Update - Oxygen Saturation
I thought the
exercise
would increase his values; instead they went from 96 to 88. She said that "such low levels on standing and walking would definitely increase the risk of falling" With clear evidence confirming there is a problem, he'll be getting oxygen to use at home as a first step.

Self-care while waiting for diagnosis
But the main thing I am wondering is
exercise
and walking. I usually walk a fair bit and I know I should keep moving to stop my muscles from stiffening even more. But I am wondering if… if indeed I have inflamed joints, could too much walking actually cause harm?

New Year changes
I'm looking for things like
exercise
ideas, minor dietary changes, supplements, ways to maintain mental health etc, and ideally things that are fairly easy to implement (I don't have the energy, time or enthusiasm for major life changes!).

What factors directly impact autoimmune hepatitis like nutrition and
exercise
? Has anyone tried ALA, low dose naltrexone, or other supplements? Has anyone gotten off of traditional medications and successfully kept enzymes in range and flares away?

A thank you to this site
Lots of rest, good diet and gentle
exercise
is very helpful. My hips and shoulders are absolutely fine. I am very healthy and I have had no issues apart from my knees. PMR left its mark there although my consultant and doctor both see no connection.

Is this lupus?
I feel cold at my hands and feet during
exercise
. In fact, the only way I can recover from
exercise
is often a hot bath. And I developed a severe food intolerance which was so bad that I just couldn't eat more than a few mouthfuls without symptoms. I lost 2 stone in just a few months.

Surgery - Stage 4 - Increase in fertility?
Losing over 13 stone through healthy eating and
exercise
in the last 15 months. I also took all the recommend supplements like ubiquinol and DHA. I have only ever had a diagnostic lap done, back in 2017.

I’m doing everything I’m supposed to
I’m seeing a therapist, take medication, go to support groups and
exercise
regularly and I’m still consistently depressed and anxious. It’s really starting to weigh on me and I feel like I’m wasting my time doing all these positive things.

My Cancer Journey Repost
My biggest challenge right now is pushing myself to
exercise
. And of course in the back of my mind is the dread of progression. But the contrast
between 2 years ago in spring 2022 and now is astonishing

Going over 130bpm makes me ill
When I don't
exercise
my heart rate goes down to 37 when I sleep and in the day it is about 45-50. I have missing heart beats and fluttering. I am light headed all the time and nothing I have tried helps. If I eat to much or to heavy it makes things worse.

HDL and LDL fine :) Lp(a) very high :(
Nothing else has changed in my diet or
exercise
. Bad - this blood test included Lipoprotein(a) or Lp(a) which I hadn't seen before. This isn't nomally tested. Mine is very high, and that's bad as it's a serious risk factor for which no medical treatment helps.

Help with blood test results and symptoms please
Since the operation I also regularly experience a globus sensation, that gets worse with
exercise
. I suffer from hot flushes, but that might be the menopause, and my eyes can get quite dry. I am gluten- free and have been taking Vitamin D3 and iron/ B vitamins for the last few weeks.
