Quit smoking 02/01/2022 at 2am (shouldve done 02/02/22 lol) not smoked was a bit of o struggle but does anybody get out of breath after so long NOT smoking by the way i havent done any real exercise apart from walking to school with kids(tend to drive everywhere coz of kids)

First of all, congrats on quitting. I personally did not have that problem after I quit,2019. But I started walking when I quit and in the beginning some days three or four walks. Maybe its time to see the doctor for a checkup to make sure there is nothing wrong. Good luck
