Haven’t posted for a while but still doing 1000 miles in a year. Been going out walks a lot with Mr D , both had sore backs , mr D got physio but must admit he isn’t very good at keeping to his exercise programme. Mines the usual ribs and back but still going to get these walks in.
we have done the daffodil walk a lot this month as it leads to a few different areas to walk. My total so far just past the 250 miles. Weathers been pretty awful but today a lot colder than has been. Enjoy your walking. The daffodils I took picture off seem to go on an on. Going the other way the daffodils seem to go on on and along the roadside .

So happy to know that you are still walking 1000 miles a year Doris8 despite you and Mr D having a sore back some of the time, lovely photo of the daffodils.
Yes Doris8 I have now ran 108 parkruns and 48/10Ks, not ran many events, only one but this Autumn I will be running two event races, The Cumbernauld 10K and the big one, the 10K version of the Great Scottish Run
That's the hill up St Vincent St only about 300 metres from the start, I have walked up it many times on the pavement, it's not as bad as it looks on the television, when I have been spectating only around ten or eleven people taking part have walked up that hill, I hope to run up it, it's NOT as steep as some of the hills I walk up at parkrun.
This question nothing to do with photos, but all emails for health unlocked like replies or emails from u going into junk mail . Any idea why? Main newsletter goes into inbox. That’s first time your email was In junk mail , usually into inbox.
Huh. It would have to do with your email app. One thing you could try is to add the sender to your address / contacts, and then I would think it shouldn’t go to your junk folder.
I have actually switched off all email notifications and just go to the website regularly.
