Buddha bowl salad
Here’s a pic of one of my Buddha bowl salads, whose name is derived , I believe, from the rounded tummy shape of the heap of food! I try and place my veg in alternate colour groups with the protein in the middle eg hummus. On top I scatter some toasted seeds and drizzle olive oil & lemon juice.

I was diagnosed with anorexia over a year ago. It took me over 5 months to gain back the weight but the only reason I was able to was because I gave up. So I'm in a bit of a pickle. I decided to cook a big batch of pasta to have over X amount of days. I used the following: 500g fusili pasta 500g Quorn pieces 140g mushrooms (roughly 6) 100g mixed peppers 40g onion, sliced (half a small onion) 500g Dolmio sauce (roughly as it was a 750g jar) 30g Cathedral

second day serious diet pledge ...give myself another chance..
yes i am now doing diet for the ump ting time and stood on scales yesterday god how am i gonna get through stress as well too much going on in life stress eater ! but opted for sensible low fat low sugar low everything eating diet rather than starvation diet this time

Has anyone here been helped by an eating disorders clinic? I have tried to ask for help from one local clinic so far, and one chain clinic far from home to which the first one referred me. Both places told me my problem is not what they treat. But I have lost more than thirty pounds in 4 1/2 months,

Weight Gain
I just weighed myself today and in 6 weeks I’ve gained 18 pounds. I’m definitely not happy about that but having an eating disorder the current lockdown has exacerbated it. The gym is closed, no motivation to do anything. The more weight I gain the lower my self esteem gets. If the lockdown were to end

Chicken Breast for Dinner 🥘
This is what I had for dinner tonight along with a side salad with light French dressing and fake bacon bits on top. I also had apricots and tomato purée for the chicken breast. I also had a slice of gluten free chocolate cake with no frosting on any of the cake. The entire meal was 63 carbs..
